Symantec Placement 2012 BITS Goa

1 round : Technical test consist 20 question all based on c, Java, scheduling, memory, complexity and and basic c, with negative marking, I just attempted 15 and out of that 3 where wrong but still was the first in Test.
Out of 50, 15 people where shortlisted  for interview.
2 round :Technical round, for around 50 min, he asked me project, class, object, database, OSI layers, data structure(tree depth calculation) ACID property, object oriented concept, and all.
3 round: was also technical all above question plus normalization, finding second max, value from database, implement your own max function in database, then how ping work from Network , then what OS parameter will you prefer for your own OS development, then data mining and data warehouse difference, stack and heap memory allocation how it done and cos and pros..
how many zero will be in 52! , and one probability question , it was too much for me but still he was firing then someone came and he stopped.....
I was stuck in some answer but manage it .
..
so I will tell one thing just stay with basic and you can do it........

Flipkart Placement paper 2012


Flipkart came in campus with package of 11.5 + stocks, CG cutoff was 6 CGPA only, 1. Online Written test consist of general aptitude question based on work , pipe, distance, man-work done, profit loss all basic question total 30, 2. It also include of two programming question we have to code in any language and have to submitt online only. 3. Mostly problem statement base on the code chef and istest.com site.
